At least one parent/guardian must be present at check-in and submit signed consent form. Parents/guardians and other family members are welcome to attend to drop off registrant at dorm room. Parents/guardians are also welcome to walk with the group to the University Ballroom for the first session. Parents/guardians are encouraged to depart at the start of the Conference or shortly thereafter as young ladies typically thrive better without distraction.
DRESS CODE/SUGGESTED ATTIRE
Comfortable business attire will be required for the entire event excluding the workout session, tour, and campus outing. Registrants are asked to arrive in business attire.

PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY POLICY
Videos and photos will be taken of registrants throughout the event. Some of these photos will be posted on social media to keep parents, family and friends updated. Registrants are encouraged to take photos and videos as much as they desire.
REGISTRATION WINDOW AND DEADLINES
Rates are as follows:
March 15, 2019 - Last Day for Early Bird Rate at $100
June 1, 2019 - Last Day for Regular Rate at $150
June 1, 2019 - Final date to register.
CONFERENCE SCHOLARSHIPS
To be read if you would like to be considered for a scholarship to attend the Conference at no cost. Conference scholarships will be awarded based on need as well as answers to the optional questions listed below. If you are not selected for the scholarship, you will be notified, and will pay the regular rate of $150 to attend the Conference. Applicants will be contacted and notified of final decisions at least one month prior to the Conference. YOU MUST ANSWER ALL OPTIONAL QUESTIONS BELOW TO BE CONSIDERED.
LEADERSHIP AWARDS
Three leadership awards and major prizes will be presented at the end of the Conference. These include Young Lady of the Year, runner up, and honorable mention. Prizes in the past have been 4 SeaWorld tickets, fine diamond jewelry, $100 - $300 in Visa cards, and more. If you want to be considered for these awards, please complete the optional questions below.

AT-THE-DOOR REGISTRATION
There will be no registration at the door. Registration closes June 1, 2019.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
In the event that you are no longer able to attend the Ladies Learning to Lead Leadership Conference, we encourage you to transfer or request a substitution for your registration with someone else.
Should a cancellation be requested, a partial refund may be granted for cancellation requests made prior to May 15th, 2019, with a cancellation fee of $25 for administrative costs. Substitutions are accepted without penalty, a simple name change. Substitutes wanting to be considered for the leadership award must complete another application including the optional questions. Registration fees cannot be refunded for any cancellation request received after May 15th, 2019. Substitutions will be accepted until June 1st, 2019. No shows will not receive any refund for any reason, but will have the opportunity to obtain a Conference bag with partial materials and some prizes if we are contacted.

REENTRY POLICY
If a parent/guardian needs to pick-up a registrant or bring them late, they may do so by signing in/out and notifying us at time of registration or at some point via email at info@L3Ladies.org.
TICKET EXCHANGE/TRANSFER POLICY
In the event a registrant cannot attend, we encourage transfers of tickets. However, we must be notified of transfers no later than June 1, 2019. The new registrant will need to complete a registration form.
EVENT CANCELLATION/RAIN-OUT POLICY
We do not anticipate a cancellation of the event as we have never had such a situation occur. However, in the event a cancellation happens due to an act of GOD, all registrants will have 75% of their money returned.
